Ricardo Nuno Coelho
Professional Experience
Prior to joining our firm Ricardo was Manager in the Audit division of a Big 4 firm, being the Funchal office manager, in Madeira Island. Ricardo has experience in diverse types of audit work, including auditing, due diligences, group consolidation accounts, international reporting to different offices around the world. Ricardo has a deep experience in national and multinational companies, in the sectors of passenger transportation, cement, hotel and tourist services, real estate and trade and services.
Ricardo also has more than 10 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a private Portuguese group with responsibilities of management control and supervision of the entire administrative and financial area, as well as implementation of internal control improvements, process analysis, study and evaluation of new investments / business, implementation of consolidation procedures and IT department. This group includes companies in various business areas, namely in the sectors of construction and real estate development, media, cement, tourism and health services.

- Certified Statutory Auditor, by the Portuguese Institute of Statutory Auditors (Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas)
- Certified Statutory Accountant, by Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (CC)
- BSc in Management, by ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL)
